Super Eagles Goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali’s Father Is Dead

The father of Super Eagles goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali, is dead.
Nwabali made the announcement in a post on his Instagram story on Friday morning.
The Chippa United star, however, did not disclose the cause of his father’s death.
He mourned his father, sharing a post accompanied by a tearful emoji.
He also posted a message, “Rest in peace, dad”.
DAILY POST reports that this is coming after Nwabali led the Super Eagles of Nigeria to a 1-1 draw against Benin Republic at the 2025 Africa Cup Nations, AFCON, qualifier on Thursday night in Abidjan.
Nwabali could miss Nigeria’s next AFCON qualifier with Rwanda in Uyo in a bid to mourn his father.
