Manchester United legend, Rio Ferdinand has claimed that Inter Miami’s Lionel Messi unfollowed Alejandro Garnacho on social media.
Ferdinand made the claim as Garnacho recently scored a spectacular overhead kick during Man United’s Premier League win over Everton.
Speaking on Vibe with FIVE YouTube show, Ferdinand said, “My lad [Garnacho] said to me the other day Messi unfollowed him. He said Messi unfollowed him
“Because he comes out, don’t care, ‘I’m a Ronaldo man’. Who’s the GOAT? Ronaldo. (Even) when he’.”
Garnacho and Messi are both international teammates with Argentina’s senior team.
The 19-year-old joined Man United from Atletico Madrid in 2020.
