Senator Yayi Rolls Out 2025 Scholarship Awards, Ceremony Holds April 26 in Ilaro

The board overseeing the Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (Yayi) Scholarship and Bursary Award has officially announced that the presentation ceremony for the 2025 awardees will take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025.
The event is scheduled for 10:00 AM at the Frontier Hotel, located along Ibese Road, Ilaro, Ogun State.
According to a statement signed by the Board Secretary, Ajiroba Dapo Oke, all shortlisted beneficiaries are expected to attend the ceremony. However, candidates residing far from the venue may apply for proxy representation by sending a duly signed letter of authorization to the board’s official email: yayischolarship@gmail.com.
The board also advised all applicants to check their email inboxes for official invites and to direct any complaints or inquiries to the same email address.
“We wish all attendees a safe journey,” the statement concluded.
Senator Solomon Adeola, popularly known as Yayi, is known for his commitment to education and youth development. His scholarship scheme continues to provide critical financial support to students across Ogun State and beyond.
