Senator Yayi Felicitates Olu Of Ilaro On 13th Coronation Anniversary

The Senator representing Ogun West Senatorial District, Senator (Dr.) Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, CON, has congratulated His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle, MFR, the Olu of Ilaro and Paramount Ruler of Yewaland, on the celebration of his 13th coronation anniversary.

In a goodwill message issued on Sunday, Senator Adeola, also known as Yayi, described Oba Olugbenle’s reign as one marked by “dignity, vision, and a deep commitment to the unity and advancement of Yewaland.”

The senator noted that the monarch’s leadership has brought about significant development in cultural preservation, peacebuilding, and social cohesion across Yewa communities.

“Your relentless advocacy for the rightful place of Yewa in the socio-political and economic landscape of Ogun State and Nigeria at large is truly commendable,” he stated.

Adeola, who holds the traditional title of Aremo of Yewaland, praised Oba Olugbenle for being a revered voice among traditional rulers nationwide and a symbol of wisdom.

As the monarch marks the milestone, the senator prayed for continued divine wisdom, sound health, and a reign filled with peace and progress.

“Congratulations, Kabiyesi,” he concluded.

Oba Olugbenle currently serves as the Chairman of the Ogun State Council of Obas.
