“I Will Not Disappoint The Good People Of Sagamu” – Otunba Alowonle

The Otunba Ilufemiloye of Makun and former chairman of Ogun Amoran, Otunba Nurudeen Aina Alowonle, has affirmed that his aspiration and disposition towards the coming LG election is not a “do-or-die” affair. The ex-Amoran Boss stated that he will promote and enhance good governance at the grassroots and ensure that he does not disappoint the party and the good people of Sagamu.
Otunba Alowonle made these statements at the weekly meeting of the Ijaya Progressives Coalition, held today at the Federal Constituency office of Rt. Hon. Oriyomi Adewunmi Onanuga. He also commended Hon. Ijaya as the best and most outstanding federal lawmaker since the inception of the Remo Federal Constituency.
In his words, “Let me use this medium to humbly inform our leaders and party members about my intention and interest in contesting for the Chairman of Sagamu Local Government. It is my hope and wish that the leadership of our great party, APC, will consider me for this great task and responsibility. Let me assure you all that by the special grace of God, I will not disappoint your trust and confidence. I will not disappoint the good people of Sagamu because I have a good name and integrity to protect always. With your collective support and solidarity, we shall build the Sagamu of our dreams.”
The Director General of the Team Alowonle for Chairman, Otunba Zaccheus Owosina, also used the medium to outline the manifesto agendas of Otunba Nurudeen Aina Alowonle. He assured the party leadership of Alowonle’s commitment to providing meaningful and quality dividends of democracy if elected as the Chairman of the local government.
