Children Hold The Key To Tomorrow, Says Sagamu LG Chairman On Children’s Day

The Executive Chairman of Sagamu Local Government, Ogbeni Jubril Olasile Odulate, has extended warm wishes to children across the area and beyond as Nigeria marks Children’s Day.

In a goodwill message, Odulate described children as “a heritage of the Lord” and highlighted their vital role in shaping the future of the nation. He said that within every child lies the strength and potential to build a better tomorrow.

“Today, we celebrate the joy, hope and endless possibilities that children bring into our lives,” he said.

The council boss urged children to remain focused, respectful, and dedicated to their education. According to him, the future belongs to those who are prepared, disciplined, and driven by a positive mindset.

“There is no limit to what you can achieve when you believe in yourself,” he added.

Odulate also acknowledged the roles of parents, guardians, and teachers in nurturing children. He thanked them for their efforts and encouraged them to continue raising confident and responsible young leaders.

“Our administration remains committed to building a safe, enabling environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential,” he assured.
