Aremo Agunbiade Felicitates With Muslims, Urges Support For Leaders At Eid
Aremo Akinlolu Agunbiade, Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Remo North Local Government and Legislative Aide to the Deputy President of the Senate, has congratulated Muslim faithful on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, marking the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan.
In a statement issued to commemorate the festival, Agunbiade described Ramadan as a period of deep spiritual reflection, self-discipline, and devotion, urging Muslims to sustain the virtues of patience, love, and charity imbibed during the sacred month.
He called on Nigerians to continue to pray for peace, unity, and stability in the country, stressing that the collective support of leaders at all levels of governance remains crucial to national development and progress.
“As we celebrate Eid-el-Fitr, I urge all citizens to remain steadfast in supporting our leaders and to continue to uphold the values of peaceful coexistence, tolerance, and mutual respect,” he stated.
Agunbiade also emphasized the need for prayers against insecurity and other challenges confronting the nation, expressing optimism that Nigeria will overcome its present difficulties through unity, faith, and responsible leadership.
He further urged Muslims and all Nigerians to make the lessons of Ramadan a way of life, particularly in promoting harmony and national cohesion as the country moves closer to another political season.
He concluded by wishing all Muslim faithful a joyful, peaceful, and blessed Eid-el-Fitr celebration.
