Tola Adebiyi Bags Merit Award, Promises Democracy Dividends In Mushin

Hon. Tola Adebiyi, a leading chairmanship aspirant for Mushin Local Government, has been honoured with a Merit Award of Excellence by the Radio Presenters Association in collaboration with Infinity Events & Essentials.

The award, presented during a colourful ceremony in Lagos on Monday, recognises Adebiyi’s remarkable contributions to leadership, philanthropy, and diaspora relations. The organisers described him as “a trailblazer whose passion for service and development speaks volumes both at home and abroad.”

In his remarks, Hon. Adebiyi expressed gratitude to the organisers for the recognition, stating, “This award is a powerful encouragement. I deeply appreciate the Radio Presenters Association and Infinity Events & Essentials for considering me worthy. It reminds me that genuine service never goes unnoticed.”

He also used the platform to speak on his political ambition, assuring the people of Mushin that he is fully committed to grassroots transformation.

“My aspiration to lead Mushin Local Government is driven by the desire to make government work for the people. I want our residents to enjoy the full dividends of democracy, better roads, improved healthcare, youth empowerment, and a responsive local administration,” he said.
