The Mandate Movement Addresses Food Insecurity, Affirms Support For Enilolobo Leadership

The Mandate Movement in Mushin local government tackles the pressing issue of food insecurity in its maiden meeting by conducting a proactive food distribution among its members.
The group shared essential food items, aiming not only to alleviate immediate concerns but also to symbolize the endorsement of the policies and governance style of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu’s government. This gesture underscores the Movement’s dedication to community welfare.
Local government chairman, Alhaji Akeem Alani Kushimo, echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the Movement’s unwavering support for the Tinubu Government. Furthermore, Chairman Kushimo assured complete loyalty to the leadership of Abdullahi Ayinde Enilolobo, the group’s state chairman, highlighting the importance of continuity and steadfast leadership within the state’s political landscape.
Speaking on behalf of all the ten ward chairmen and other members of the group, Prince Adekunle Afolabi, the chairman of ward I in Mushin local government, appreciated their apex leader, Prince Adewale Arogundade, and Dr. Tola Adebiyi for providing all forms of support for the group at all levels. He pledged their loyalty to the group and the All Progressive Congress (APC).
The Mandate Movement’s dual commitment to addressing grassroots issues and supporting key political figures highlights a holistic approach to community development. As they navigate challenges such as food insecurity, their allegiance to both the Tinubu and Babajide Sanwo-Olu Government, and Enilolobo’s Mandate State leadership remains a pivotal factor in shaping the socio-political landscape of Mushin.
