SYAN Confers Africa’s Youngest Grand Patron Title On Ayanremi Emmanuel

The Southern Youth Assembly of Nigeria (SYAN) has officially conferred the prestigious title of Africa’s Youngest Grand Patron on Ambassador Ayanremi Emmanuel, CEO of Adebola Sewing Machines, in a ceremony that unfolded exactly as projected at his office in Lagos.
The historic induction, which held earlier today, saw a high-powered SYAN delegation led by Hon. (Amb.) Sanni Ahmed, Chairman of Program and Empowerment, present the award to the young business mogul in a brief but deeply symbolic ceremony.
In his remarks while presenting the award, Hon. Sanni Ahmed praised SYAN as “a beacon of youth-driven transformation in Southern Nigeria,” noting that the assembly remains committed to identifying and honouring individuals who go beyond rhetoric to genuinely uplift young people.
Commenting on why Ambassador Emmanuel was chosen, Sanni Ahmed said:
“Ambassador Ayanremi Emmanuel is being honoured not for his wealth, but for his heart. At an age when many are still finding their footing, he has already lifted thousands of Nigerian youth out of unemployment through skills acquisition and entrepreneurial support. He further described the recipient as “a rare gem whose humility speaks louder than his achievements,” adding that the unanimous decision of the assembly reflected the depth of Emmanuel’s impact across the southern region.
Visibly moved by the honour, Ambassador Ayanremi Emmanuel expressed profound gratitude to the leadership and entire membership of SYAN. In his acceptance speech, he said:
“I am deeply humbled. This is not just an award, it is a call to do more. I thank the Southern Youth Assembly of Nigeria for seeing what we are trying to build at Adebola Sewing Machines.

With this induction, Ambassador Ayanremi Emmanuel now holds the record as the youngest Grand Patron in Africa, a feat the assembly says will inspire a new generation of servant leaders.
