Sagamu LG Boss Swiftly Responds To School Building Collapse, Approves Renovations

In a swift response to a distress call, the Executive Chairman of Sagamu Local Government, Ogbeni Jubril Olasile Odulate, visited Moleruwa Community High School, Gbaga, Ogijo, on Thursday morning to assess the damage caused by a recent building collapse.
Accompanied by his Secretary to the Local Government (SLG) and key officials from the Local Government Education Authority, the Chairman toured the affected areas of the school.
They were warmly received by the school principal, Mr. Adetona D. A., who expressed deep appreciation for the government’s quick intervention.
During the inspection, Odulate assured the school management and students that necessary steps would be taken to ensure their safety and restore the damaged facilities.
In the same spirit of urgency, the Chairman also visited Anglican Church Primary School, Keto-Mosimi, where he was received by Baale Idowu Alase and other community members.
Following the visit, Odulate announced that the long-requested renovation of the school’s dilapidated building had been approved.
“We remain committed to providing a safe learning environment for all our children,” Odulate said.
The Chairman reaffirmed that his administration would continue to prioritize the welfare of educational institutions across Sagamu Local Government.
