RevolutionPlus Property Celebrates Ninth Year Anniversary, Unveils Ambitious Plans For The Future

RevolutionPlus Property, Nigeria’s leading real estate company, marked its ninth-year anniversary today with a grand celebration attended by esteemed guests, business partners, and well-wishers. The event, held at the prestigious RevolutionPlus Property headquarters, was filled with excitement and anticipation as the company reflected on its achievements and unveiled its ambitious plans for the future.

RevolutionPlus Property was founded in May 2014 by Dr. Bamidele Onalaja and Mrs. Tolulope Onalaja, a visionary couple committed to providing affordable housing for Nigerians and addressing the housing deficit in the country. Over the past nine years, the company has experienced tremendous growth, becoming a household name synonymous with trust, integrity, and timely delivery.

With six branches strategically located across Nigeria, including Ikeja and Lekki in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Abeokuta, and Port Harcourt, RevolutionPlus Property has transformed the real estate sector. The company has successfully developed 44 estates and completed eight mega housing projects in various locations such as Lekki, Ajah, Epe, Ibeju-Lekki, Ikorodu, Shimawa, Mowe, Abeokuta, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. These achievements have enabled RevolutionPlus Property to empower over 11,000 Nigerians, turning them into proud homeowners.

Innovation has been a hallmark of RevolutionPlus Property since its inception. The company introduced the concept of Instant Allocation, which has revolutionized the real estate sector in Nigeria. This pioneering approach has garnered recognition and influenced other players in the industry to adopt similar practices.

Despite the challenges encountered along the way, RevolutionPlus Property has remained steadfast in its mission to provide affordable housing to Nigerians. As the company prepares to celebrate its milestone tenth anniversary next week, it has announced plans to embark on a new phase of growth. The company aims to construct low-cost 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom houses, making homeownership accessible to those who never thought it possible. Additionally, RevolutionPlus Property intends to offer affordable land with flexible payment plans, contributing to bridging the housing deficit in Nigeria.

The company’s commitment to social responsibility extends beyond the real estate sector. RevolutionPlus Property operates the Chris Bamidele Onalaja Foundation (CBOF), which uplifts widows, children, youths, and vulnerable members of society. The foundation focuses on child and maternal health, education and scholarships, economic and community development, widows’ empowerment, and water sanitation and hygiene.

Under the child and maternal health initiative, CBOF has conducted numerous medical outreaches, providing free healthcare services to communities in the South West region of Nigeria. Additionally, RevolutionPlus Property is constructing an ultra-modern child and maternal care center in the Amuwo-Odofin area of Lagos.

Education and scholarship programs have been central to CBOF’s efforts, with the foundation establishing schools and offering scholarships to students. The Toldel Nursery and Primary School in Ikorodu provides free education and educational materials to enrolled pupils, while Wasimi Junior High School in Lagos has benefited from new classrooms, administrative facilities, and donated educational materials.

In its endeavor to promote water sanitation and hygiene, CBOF has drilled boreholes in various communities, constructed public toilets, and refurbished police stations in Lagos and other locations. The foundation has also actively participated in economic and community development initiatives, sponsoring the Lagos City Marathon for four consecutive years and distributing palliatives to households during the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown.

Furthermore, CBOF has empowered over a thousand widows through skills acquisition and training programs. These initiatives equip widows with essential skills, provide them with start-up equipment, and offer cash grants to support their entrepreneurial endeavors.

As RevolutionPlus Property celebrates its ninth year anniversary, the company renews its commitment to affordable housing and making a positive impact in Nigeria’s real estate sector. With its impressive achievements and ambitious plans for the future, RevolutionPlus Property continues to pave the way for accessible homeownership and upliftment of communities.
