Easter: Enilolobo Felicitate The Mandate Group, Appeals For Continuous Unity
The Mandate Group Chairman, Abdullahi Ayinde Enilolobo has felicitated members of the group across Lagos state, as he join Christians all over the world to celebrate Easter, just as he urged them to emulate Jesus Christ by making sacrifices that will sustain the existing peace in the group.
He also enjoined Christians to pray for the second term of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and the incoming administration of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In a statement through a chieftain of the group, Prince Adewale Arogundade, and made available to newsmen, Enilolobo said that Easter was a moment Christians cherished the ultimate sacrifice made by Jesus Christ to save mankind, noting that as individuals, Christians must put the welfare of their neighbours as a priority.
He called on members to continue to support the leadership of the group in its quest to deliver dividends of democracy, which reflect on the ideals of Easter celebration .
According to him, Easter is a period for forgiveness, love, and friendship. He enjoined privileged individuals to reach out to the less privileged to deepen the culture of true Christianity.
The chairman, who prayed for more Easter celebrations in good health and prosperity in the years to come, also enjoined members to intensify on prayers for peace and security in all parts of the country.
