APC Primaries Show Renewed Trust In Tinubu, Party Leadership — Sagamu LG Chairman Odulate
The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has concluded its primaries across various levels, and early results point to a sweeping endorsement of the party’s progressive leadership, according to a senior official in Ogun State.
Describing the outcomes as “a renewed mandate for progressive leadership,” the Executive Chairman of Sagamu Local Government, Ogbeni Jubril Olasile Odulate, hailed the victories recorded from the presidency down to state constituencies as proof of Nigerians’ trust in purposeful governance.
“The outcome of the just concluded APC primaries once again reflects the trust and confidence Nigerians continue to place in progressive leadership,” Odulate said in a statement issued on Sunday.
Of particular note, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (PBAT) emerged as the APC presidential candidate for a second consecutive term. Odulate called the victory “a clear affirmation of the confidence reposed in his leadership, vision, and commitment to national development.”
The chairman added that the president’s success demonstrates the belief of party faithful and Nigerians in his capacity to “continue steering the nation toward stability, growth, and renewed prosperity.”
Other key victories celebrated include those in Ogun State, Ogun East Senatorial District, Remo Federal Constituency, and the Sagamu State Constituencies. According to Odulate, the results are “not merely political successes, but strong endorsements of dedication, performance, consistency, and service to the people.”
He urged winners to see their victories as “a call to greater responsibility and continued commitment to the welfare and aspirations of the people.”
The statement concluded with congratulations to President Tinubu and “our winning team.”
