JUST IN: Abisco Floors Incumbent Ayuba, Clinches Alimosho APC Reps Ticket

Hon. Princess Olabisi Adebajo, popularly known as Abisco, has emerged victorious in the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election for the House of Representatives seat in Alimosho Federal Constituency.

Abisco secured the party’s ticket after defeating the incumbent lawmaker, Hon. Ganiyu Adele Ayuba, in the keenly contested primary held on Saturday.

The outcome of the exercise marks a significant political development within the APC structure in Alimosho, as party delegates reportedly threw their weight behind Adebajo’s candidacy.

Meanwhile, three other aspirants expected to participate in the primary, Uzamat Akinbile-Yusuf, Olabode Irawo, and Feduga were conspicuously absent during the exercise.

Party faithful and supporters who gathered at the venue celebrated Abisco’s emergence, describing it as a reflection of the confidence reposed in her leadership and political influence within the constituency.

With the victory, Adebajo is now set to fly the APC flag in the forthcoming House of Representatives election.
