The Executive Chairman of Sagamu Local Government, Ogbeni Jubril Olasile Odulate, has felicitated Muslims across the country on the occasion of the Eid-el-Maulud celebration, urging them to reflect on the exemplary life and teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

Odulate, in a goodwill message marking the birth of the Holy Prophet, said the occasion provided an opportunity for Muslims to reflect on the Prophet’s enduring legacy of peace, compassion, humility and righteousness.

He called on Muslims to use the celebration to strengthen their faith, promote love and unity, and uphold the values of kindness and peaceful coexistence.

The council chairman also prayed that Allah would accept the prayers and acts of worship of the faithful, while blessing their families with peace and prosperity.

He further prayed for continued peace, progress and prosperity in Sagamu Local Government, Ogun State and Nigeria.

Odulate urged residents to embrace the spirit of the celebration by demonstrating tolerance, compassion and unity in their communities.
