Prince Adewale Arogundade Leads Other Lagos Assembly Aspirants To Mushin Market

Readership Nigeria reports that he Lagos State House of Assembly Aspirants Forum (LAHAA), an Independent Campaign Council of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on February 15, 2022 stormed Mushin market to continue its market-to-market campaign to canvass support for Bola Tinubu, the APC presidential candidate, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and the party’s other candidates.

Prince Arogundade, a chieftain of the APC, who was also an aspirant that justled for the ticket at the APC primaries led other aspirants across Lagos as they visited the Iyaloja and Deputy Iyaloja of Mushin Ojuwoye respectively.

According to Arogundade, “LAHAA members identified with the market women and men and passionately canvassed votes for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Gov. Babajide Sanwoolu, Dr Idiat Adebule, Hon. Yemi Ali and Hon. Nureni Akinsanya for constituency 01 while Hon. Toyin Fayinka and Hon. Yinka Kazeem for constituency 02 urging them to come out en masse on February 25 and March 15 2022 to vote for the ruling party”.

While speaking to traders and customers, Arogundade said the All Progressive Congress candidates will serve the people with the fear of God. He and other members of the forum sensitised the traders on the need to vote APC and how the party is interested in rebuilding the country and therefore need the support of all Nigerians to achieve the renewed hope agenda.

Hon. Hafeez Olanrewaju Quadri, popularly known as Jagaban, another aspirant from Mushin constituent in his address appealed to the market women, men and their customers to remain patient with the Buhari led government on the introduction of the new N200, N500 and N1000 notes. He assured them that very soon, everything will go back to norm and everyone will be delighted.

Despite being a runner up at the party primaries, the forum at large are obliged to support all the candidates of the APC on the ballot papers.

On their part, the jubilant traders and their customers of Mushin market assured they would be actively involved in the coming elections. They assured the group that their Permanent Voters Cards will be used to elect only those with their interests at heart.


Present at the market-to-market campaign includes the central coordinator of the directorate, Prince Adeyinka Odukoya, Barr. Bintu Akerele-Shobaloju of Kosofe, Hon. Ajenifuja Owolabi and Hon. Adele Adewale of Lagos Island.

Also from Alimosho local government includes, Hon. Anu Oshifade, Barrister Dare Akande, Hon. Muibat Sanuth, Hon. Bamidele Williams, Hon. Tolu Ojo and Hon. Dare Dada.

Hon. BabaWale Alogba, Hon. Bisiyu Samson and Hon. Oresanya Saheed from Ikorodu, Hon. Sheriff Adekoya and Hon. Gbolahan Gbagostowe.
